We will ship your order within 1-2 business days of your order. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Greece: 1-4 working days
Europe: 3-6 working days

Once your payment is completed and your order is processed, you will automatically receive information about your shipment.

ELTA will deliver the parcel to the national postal service that will deliver your parcel to the delivery address mentioned in your order. It is important that you provide your mobile phone number when entering your details.

If this happens, send us an e-mail at mpatman10@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will take care of it. However, it must be done  immediately as all our products are processed immediately after your order and shipped the same day or in cases where the order is made after 17.00 and on weekends or holidays, they are shipped the next business day.

Shipments within Greece are charged 4 €.
All orders from 60 € and over in Greece are free.
The return cost is: for Greece 3 €, Cyprus: 12 € Other European countries: 15 €
Shipping to all European countries is free for orders over € 100.
Shipments are made by ELTA (Hellenic Post).
Local taxes and duties will be added upon delivery upon shipment to countries outside the European Union.

We offer secure purchases and we accept payments via any debit or credit card via VIVA payment, so you can choose the one that suits you best. For purchases within Greece you can also pay upon delivery by cash on delivery. In this case you will have a surcharge of 2 €

Returns on all products are accepted for any reason, as long as the product & packaging are returned in excellent condition and within 14 days of receipt. You can also contact us at mpatman10@gmail.com to arrange your return. Shipping costs will be charged to you

The return guarantee gives you the right to return the product for any reason. You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must be returned to us unused within 14 days of receipt. All original packaging, price tags etc. will be returned with the product without being damaged.

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

If your order has not yet been processed, your order can be changed or canceled. However, once your order is shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel your order.
